We are seeking an experienced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level III Manager to champion our NDT program and drive technical excellence across our dynamic team. Candidates may choose to report to any one of the following locations: Buffalo, Clifton Park, Highland, Rome, Rochester, Syracuse, or Utica in the state of New York. Industry Experience: Background in third-party structural inspection and developing technical training programs. Technical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex project plans, structural blueprints, and specifications. Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level III Manager Responsibilities: Developing, managing, and auditing corporate NDT programs in accordance with ASNT standards. Training, mentoring, and certifying internal NDT personnel while ensuring safety and quality standards. Reviewing technical reports and coordinating proposals, work plans, budgets, and invoices for steel/NDT projects.
