Job Description
Nursing - Emergency Room

Schedule

12H Evening shifts, every other weekend.

Assignment Details

Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly. Contract length: 13 weeks.

Requirements

• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• EPIC proficiency required.
• Must be open to floating as needed.
• Must have been separated from the previous employer for 6+ months and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients and families on health-related topics.

Compliance / Notes

A pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (1 attempt only). There are 2 attempts to pass the Relias testing during onboarding to prepare for onsite testing.
