A technology services client of ours is looking for a Field Application Engineer for their ongoing projects.
Responsibilities

- Provide field-level engineering support for customers and projects.
- Debug system-level issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SSD systems and firmware in PC system architectures.
- Assist with customer-facing technical communications and relationship management.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in field applications or technical customer support in semiconductors
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SSD systems and firmware (SATA, PCIe, NVMe preferred)
- Skilled in system-level debugging and root-cause analysis
- Familiarity with schematic capture tools and PCB layout workflows
- Confident in Windows/Linux OS environments and PC system architecture
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
This role can be W2 and is open for USC/GC resources.
