Senior Licensed Land Surveyor

Please visit: Coneco Engineers & Scientists is actively seeking a licensed land surveyor needed to manage department and to replace long‑time manager in Bridgewater, MA that is retiring. We are a consulting firm that focuses on environmental management, civil engineering, ecological permitting, and land surveying. Coneco was established in 1992 and maintains 62 people in three offices. Our Surveying division maintains contracts with diverse and established local and national companies and municipalities. We provide a wide range of services primarily in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with projects ranging into the greater New England Area. In this position, you will serve a key role in the management of our survey division. Manager to oversee office and field staff and work closely with engineering and environmental departments Be knowledgeable of local and state land use processes and regulations Participation in local professional organizations is encouraged Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments Responsibilities include monthly billing review, approval/disapproval of vendor invoices, budget, schedule, resource and job cost monitoring Work in conjunction with other Project Managers and staff to assist with unique project related issues Oversee and direct production by working with the administrative and drafting staff Position requires work Monday through Friday Flexibility to perform other duties as requested Qualifications Professional Land Surveyor license required 5 plus years of management experience and Massachusetts PLS license.
