Our client is a growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping home service businesses generate qualified leads and grow their revenue. They work with industries such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pool services, and other local service providers throughout the United States. Their focus is simple: delivering measurable business results through effective digital marketing strategies and exceptional client service.

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta/Instagram Ads campaigns for a portfolio of home service clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience running paid media campaigns for local businesses, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. This is a client-facing role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on campaign execution. You will work closely with account managers, designers, developers, and leadership to deliver high-performing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram).
• Optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns to maximize lead generation and return on investment.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategic optimizations.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid management.
• Write compelling ad copy and contribute ideas for creative assets and campaign messaging.

• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.
• Participate in client meetings to review results, discuss strategy, and provide recommendations.
• Translate campaign data into actionable insights that clients can easily understand.
• Set clear expectations and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

• Collaborate with internal design and development teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
• Support funnel optimization and lead generation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and project updates using internal tools.
• Manage multiple accounts while maintaining high-quality execution and attention to detail.
