From packing and moving to organizing, estate sales, and clean-outs, we manage every detail with care and professionalism./ppWe are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Transition Services team. This role focuses on warehousing, delivery, and light moving, supporting estate clean-outs, relocations, and inventory transfers. Youll be helping clients through life transitions by moving household goods with care and maintaining an organized, clean workspace./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliReceive, organize, and store incoming items at our warehouse facility/liliMaintain clean, orderly storage areas for auction items and estate inventory/liliLoad/unload cargo van as part of daily operations/liliAssist with small residential moves, including loading/unloading household goods/liliDeliver furniture and boxed items to clients, donation centers, or storage units/liliSafely wrap, pad, and protect items during handling and transport/liliWork respectfully in client homes, often during emotional transitions/liliFollow move plans and packing checklists to ensure efficient project completion/liliSupport other team members with lifting, sorting, and carrying items/liliOperate dollies, hand trucks, tools, and other moving equipment safely/liliFollow all safety guidelines to prevent injury or property damage/li/ulh3Preferred Skills Experience/h3ulliExperience in warehousing, delivery driving, moving, or logistics/liliFamiliarity with handling furniture, appliances, and fragile items/liliAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the workday/liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail/liliDependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude/liliExperience working on a small team and making sound decisions to accomplish results/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliValid drivers license and reliable transportation/liliAbility to pass a background check/liliWillingness to work flexible hours, Monday-Friday/liliPositive, team-oriented mindset and a desire to help others/li/ulh3Why Work with Caring Transitions?/h3ulliMake a positive impact on seniors and families in your community/liliBe part of a close-knit, mission-driven team/liliLearn valuable skills in logistics, relocation services, and estate operations/liliFlexible part-time hours with consistent opportunities for work/li/ul/div
