Clinic Director (Physical Therapist)

Location: Hamden, CT & West Haven, CT
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director. This leadership role combines patient care responsibilities with clinic operations, team development, and performance management.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually
• Monthly Bonus Opportunities

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Schedule based on clinic operational needs

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care
• Lead and mentor clinical staff
• Support clinic growth and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with clinical and documentation standards
• Foster a positive patient and employee experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Physical Therapist license
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
