Requirements ***Must obtain AHA Certifications*** ***VA license at time of submittal*** Job ID: 3344177 Floating between Mary Washington Stafford and MW Ambulatory Center Must be able to work Full Time - 36hrs/wk Will do emergency privileges so the provider can help with Holiday coverage **OT is paid AFTER SCHEDULED SHIFT not after 36 hours. OB and Thoracic exp is required. PEDS is preferred All cases except transplants. Hearts lung Healthy Peds Dental/ENT OB Ortho GI ENT etc. CRNA do own epidurals spinals. No blocks. 12 hour shifts available. 7p-7a **Blocks not guaranteed!** Level 2 Trauma exp is a MUST 2 years min experience required Schedule 8 weeks out Travel is billable. **Client will no longer pay for flights unless provider is FT and flight is one round trip. Must margin for the cost of flights if they do not fall within those parameters. ________________________________________________ Level 2 trauma designation Heavy OB thoracic EP vascular Must be proficient with spinals and epidural placement and management In addition to main OR will be credentialed at 4-OR satellite hospital 6-OR ASC and occasionally float – pediatric experience preferred 6 month contract preferred 7p-7a 36 hours/ week Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour 19:00 - 07:00
