The CSP serves as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the customer lifecycle by:
Supporting onboarding and successful implementation
Driving product adoption and engagement
Monitoring customer health and satisfaction
Reducing churn risk
Managing renewals
Identifying expansion and upsell opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
Build relationships with key client stakeholders.
Monitor product usage and customer engagement.
Conduct business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Demonstrate ROI and customer value.
Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks.
Drive customer renewals.
Partner with Business Development on expansion opportunities.
Work closely with Professional Services, Support, Product, and Sales teams.
Advocate for customer needs internally.
Maintain account plans, forecasts, and activities in Salesforce.
Travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.
