Senior Living Property Manager Assistant (On-Call)
The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army in San Diego is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager for our apartment building serving senior citizens. The role supports the Property Manager, adheres to Silvercrest and HUD guidelines, and focuses on maintaining safe, affordable housing with responsive service.
You will handle tenant relations, assist with inspections, process invoices, ensure accurate rent calculations, and coordinate with local officers and service providers.
