The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment. Candidates should have experience in medical/surgical nursing and be able to work overnight shifts. Critical thinking skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for success in this role. This position requires a current RN license and BLS certification. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to patient advocacy and safety. A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to changing situations are necessary.
