Lead Installer

Lead Installer Lead Regional Residential and Commercial HVAC System Installations

You will serve as a premier field leader driving the successful execution of critical HVAC mechanical solutions. This role allows you to lead installation crews and mentor apprentices while ensuring high-quality workmanship. You will have the autonomy to manage on-site logistics for an industry leader with over 70 years of success.

Supervise and execute HVAC installation projects from inception to completion.

Install advanced heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems efficiently.

Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices to build long-term career growth.

Coordinate complex job site logistics, tools, and materials for field operations.

Troubleshoot real-time installation issues and provide effective technical solutions safely.

Maintain strict adherence to local building codes, company standards, and safety procedures.

Communicate professionally with customers and project managers to ensure excellent service.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience in the field.

Proven experience leading installation crews or managing mechanical teams successfully.

Strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems and code requirements.

Proficient troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills for field documentation.

Valid driver's license alongside a mandatory EPA Certification.

Physical capability to lift heavy equipment and work comfortably in various weather conditions.
