Responsibilities Direct and manage therapy operations, ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient outcomes. Lead and mentor a team of therapists and assistants, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth. Oversee budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and quality of care. Implement best practices in rehabilitation services and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver care plans. Direct and manage day-to-day clinical operations of the rehab department. Provide clinical leadership within the rehab team. Coordinate all rehab disciplines (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology). Maintain effective communication with facility/center staff, patients, families, and management. Monitor, enhance and expand the rehabilitation programs within the Health Care Center. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice. Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience and at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of therapy regulations, reimbursement, and compliance standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid professional license in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited school; for foreign-trained practitioners, an evaluation of equivalency by an approved organization. Benefits Competitive salary up to $140,000 annually.
