The FSE operates independently with broad responsibility, performing field service activities that include installation, maintenance, repair, and modification of ARxIUM systems at customer facilities. Excellent, customer‑centered communication skills are required. Travel requirement: This position involves travel. Who We're Looking For Diploma or degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, computer, biomedical, etc.) 3–5 years experience programming Allen‑Bradley PLCs Conveyor and automation experience Engineering and electrical experience 7+ years of direct field service (or equivalent) experience troubleshooting and repairing computerized electromechanical systems 7+ years of experience working in a service capacity with direct customer interaction What You'll Be Doing Perform software and hardware preventive and corrective maintenance Perform software and hardware emergency break‑fix service calls Refine and validate PLC coding Work with the facility to schedule downtime for preventive and corrective maintenance Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork and reports (ticket updates, closures, expenses, timesheets, and other administrative requirements) Follow up on open issues, tickets, and escalations Work outside normal business hours when required to service products Perform other duties as required Application Process We would love to meet you! #J-18808-Ljbffr ARxIUM
