In this role, you will:Work directly with the business in order to manage and maintain their various access requirements while also leveraging familiarity around application access in order to maximize value and support across CIB Business groupsParticipate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groupsReview basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunitiesReview CIB procedures and identify areas of advancement using technology and innovation to streamline processesReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiativesCollaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partnersEngage regularly with the business to review key items (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, space planning, access/matrices, subscriptions) and proactively plan for their needsEnhance and build relationships with support partners (e.g., Facilities, SCTS, Admin., IT, TFS, IAM) to ensure services are executed seamlesslyProvide an efficient and pleasant onboarding and offboarding experience for all employees, adhering to timelines and communicating effectively to all parties involvedRequired Qualifications:6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Corporate and investment banking industry experienceAbility to navigate execution-based applications and processesAbility to operate within a control based operational environment to yield results while maintaining a high level of risk mitigationAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentExperience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areasStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and managementAbility to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skillsExperience identifying and developing improvement processes and implementation strategiesAbility to respond to requests and inquiries in a timely mannerExperience with hiring, onboarding, and space planning tool HOSTAbility to adhere to confidentiality practicesStrong partnering and collaboration skills with ability to effectively work in a team environmentExperience with access, software, and equipment requests (SIMBA, ART, AIMS, Software Market, ServiceNow, ePro, Ariba, etc.)Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Job Expectations:This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements.
