School Aide

The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee. The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.Position: School AideLocation: Chino, CAPay Range: $19–$21/hrSchedule: Monday–Friday (Hours may vary)Key Responsibilities:Support students with instructional and behavioral needs under the supervision of the special education department.Assist with IEP objectives, classroom activities, and independent skill development.Provide personal care support including mobility, hygiene, and feeding.Collaborate with teachers and related service professionals (PT, OT, SLP).Maintain confidentiality and follow all professional standards.Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredComply with all relevant professional standards of practiceCurrent CPR if applicableTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicableCurrent Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)Must meet all federal, state and local requirementsMust be at least 18 years of ageBenefits Include:Competitive weekly payHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) savings planRecognition and awards programsIf you're interested or would like more information, please reply to this email or contact me directly.
