Savills is seeking an enthusiastic & growth-minded Associate Broker to work closely with our team of experienced senior brokers in the commercial real estate industry. This is a key role in our company, leading top of the funnel sales activities for the firm. Our ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and will thrive in a “high risk, high reward” type of environment. This is a commission-based role, offering significant earning potential for driven and high-performing individuals. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identifies new business opportunities through extensive research, persistent cold outreach, and telephone and email prospecting Cultivates new business opportunities for sales professionals through cold calling and networking. Utilizes professional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships at the C-suite level Provides leads, schedules meetings, and stays in frequent contact with potential clients Drafts correspondence to existing and prospective clients. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to initiate contact with and pursue C-level executives. Strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment Excellent professional writing, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and needs Enthusiastic, dedicated approach to understanding prospective client needs and implementing outreach strategies A persistent, competitive, ambitious, and proactive attitude, with a strong moral compass A coachable and collaborative demeanor with strong teamwork skills PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 2+ years of business development/outbound sales experience Experience with high-volume strategic outbound prospecting Savills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
