Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse in Brighton, Colorado. This position involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care; evaluating health status through ongoing data collection; providing health education and counseling; executing medical functions; and ensuring proper documentation and resource utilization. The position offers opportunity for float to other departments within scope of competency and may require on-call during scheduled shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift with 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) from an accredited School of Nursing, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, and experience in nursing care, health data assessment, health teaching, health counseling, therapy and treatment planning, medical function execution, patient referral, treatment plan monitoring, clinical documentation, and resource utilization.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree of Nursing and certification relevant to the cardiac cath lab or unit.
• Additional Information: The nurse will perform clinical duties specific to cardiac catheterization procedures, including monitoring therapy and treatment plans, and may be required to float to other departments based on operational needs.
