CLO / ABL / Structured Finance Associate Attorney (3-6+ Years) – New York, NY; Washington, D.C.; Charlotte, NC
Direct Counsel is seeking a CLO / ABL / Structured Finance Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded law firm in New York, NY, Washington, D.C., or Charlotte, NC.
About the Role:The firm’s Capital Markets department is looking for associates with 3-6 years of substantial experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Private securities offerings and/or securitization
- General bank lending , including syndicated lending
- Asset-backed lending and/or structured lending
- Experience with CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS is a plus, but not required
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction (New York, D.C., or North Carolina) or eligibility for admission
- Solid law firm experience handling complex structured finance and lending matters
- Anticipated annual base salary range: $260,000 – $420,000
- The actual salary will depend on factors such as qualifications, years of experience, and location
