The Registered Nurse - Hospice is responsible for providing care, comfort and support to terminally ill patients. The Registered Nurse - Hospice assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delivery of hospice patient care in various settings. The Registered Nurse demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision. The Registered Nurse will also demonstrate critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Consistently performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care. Minimum Requirements Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices.
