Family Practice Physician Opportunity

Seeking Family Practice physician to join our Primary Care office --Hospital employed --Practice Staffing Model: Planning for retirement of two (2) physicians and have expanded two (2) practices; would like to add four (4) physicians in total --Schedule: Practice operates Monday-Friday, 7:00a-5:00p; group is open to clinicians practicing 4 or 5 days a week (40-hours a week) --Office Call Required: Call is shared among all clinicians (anticipated high 20s) and is very light, phone only; no rounding or inpatient services required however if a family practice provider is interested in hospitalist shifts, this can be arranged on a per diem basis --Types of Procedures/Cases: Family practice: chronic disease management, adult medicine, well child visits, hypertension, diabetes, etc.; there is no OB, some GYN; no sports medicine; approximately 20-25 ppd (8-hour day) or 25-30 ppd (10-hour day) --EMR: Medent --Highly competitive salary range of $255 - $275k plus wRVU model --Sign-on bonus ($25k), reimbursement for relocation (up to $10k with receipts) and student loans ($30k over length of contract) (if applicable) --Competitive paid time off and CME time off (34 days including 6 legal holidays) --Comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability --Annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement ($5,500) --Malpractice paid for J VISA OK H VISA OK
