SENIOR GRAPHICS DESIGNER - DIGITAL & MULTIMEDIA

We are seeking a highly creative, versatile, and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead our visual storytelling across all marketing channels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional brand design and modern digital landscapes. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual strategies across digital media, social channels, websites, and cross-platform marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses an expert eye for clean layout, modern typography, and interactive aesthetics. You are someone who understands how design influences user behavior, drives engagement, and scales across multiple digital touchpoints Core Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Strategy Translate complex marketing strategies and business objectives into cohesive, high-performing visual assets. Own the day-to-day application and evolution of client brand guidelines across digital and multimedia experiences, ensuring consistency while thoughtfully adapting brands to new formats, platforms, and mediums. Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to brainstorm multi-channel campaign concepts from ideation to final execution. Digital & Interactive Design Design visually compelling experiences for websites, landing pages, microsites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms, applying current responsive, UI, accessibility, and mobile-first design practices. Develop high-fidelity designs and prototypes and collaborate with developers to ensure creative intent and brand standards are accurately translated into the final experience. Social Media & Multimedia Production Produce "social-first" content and campaign templates optimized for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Develop motion graphics, short-form video assets, and animations to elevate social engagement. Stay ahead of social trends, platform aspect ratios, algorithm changes, and creative design formats. Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, routing workflows and meeting tight deadlines. Provide constructive creative feedback and collaborate with other designers to maintain a high standard of design quality. Present design concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders, articulating the strategic thinking behind visual decisions Required Skills & Qualification Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within a digital agency or an agile in-house marketing team. Portfolio: A diverse digital portfolio showcasing cross-channel campaigns, responsive web designs, social media creative, and brand identity projects. Independent Work Style: Ability to take broad creative direction and independently develop and execute high-quality design solutions with minimal day-to-day oversight. Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). UI/UX Tools: Strong proficiency in collaborative UI/UX tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. Digital Experience: Strong understanding of responsive, mobile-first, and contemporary UI design practices, with an understanding of the practical constraints of web and mobile development. Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of how design contributes to engagement, conversion, and broader marketing objectives.
