Join the housekeeping team at White Elephant Aspen , a luxury mountain retreat known for exceptional service, timeless style, and impeccable attention to detail. We are looking for dedicated Room Attendants who take pride in creating a spotless, welcoming environment for our guests.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience by ensuring every detail meets our brand’s refined expectations.

*Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Responsibilities include:

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, balconies, and public areas
• Handle guest requests with care and professionalism
• Replenish linens, towels, amenities, and supplies
• Follow safety protocols for chemical and equipment use
• Report maintenance issues or lost & found items
• Uphold guest privacy, security, and hotel confidentiality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized supply closet and work station

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail and cleanliness
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Professional and discreet demeanor with guests
• Previous housekeeping experience (luxury hospitality a plus)
