PARADIGM REHAB & HEALTH CARE LLC
About this position RN PRN will provide direct patient care to home bound patients. Positions available during Monday through Friday and weekends. Responsibilities and Duties Provides exceptional clinical care that includes skills such as wound care, medication administration, disease process education, and IV therapy. Ensures clinical documentation demonstrates medical necessity and appropriately reflects quality patient care. Submits OASIS and other clinical documentation in a timely manner. Communicates patient’s clinical needs with the interdisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Texas 1+ years Medicare home health experience Valid Texas Driver’s License and automobile insurance Travel to multiple locations Certification in BLS/CPR Knowledge of WellSky EMR software desired Salary Pay per visit with mileage reimbursement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
