• Perform daily tasks independently under the supervision of the area supervisor, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to explain procedures clearly and compassionately.
• Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks to document specimen collection accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington.
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; over one year preferred.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service setting is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs.
