Job Description

Lowenstein Sandler’s Transactions and Advisory Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney to join our M&A team. Key responsibilities include: advising corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate matters. Candidates must have significant experience handling M&A transactions, a good understanding of corporate law and market terms and substantial experience in drafting transaction documents, including merger agreements, purchase agreements, limited liability company agreements and shareholder agreements and effective deal management. Driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and ability to take on high level of responsibilities is key. The ideal candidate will have 4 – 6 years of experience handling M&A and related strategic transactional work. This position can be located in our NYC or Roseland, NJ office.

The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2022 through 2020 is $310,000 to $390,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
