What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service at retail locations and promotional events

• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable product and service information

• Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions

• Guide customers through the sign-up or purchasing process while ensuring a seamless experience

• Maintain a professional and friendly approach during every customer interaction

Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer satisfaction and team objectives
