Team: Voice support team
End-Client Domain: Capital Market
Location: Boston Downtown financial district ON SITE
Work Hours: Normal business hours (maybe special projects) (8ish - 5pm)
Role: Support Boston office, service employees coming back to office. Voice services support. Escalations from help desk. Phone issues. Voice mail issues. Move at change support. Special projects - ramping up as working though merger with MS. Upgrades, patching, etc. Small team of 3, backfill for someone who is leaving.
3 must haves: CISCO: Call manager CISCO: Unity connection
Plus: VoIP Gateways: T1 & Cisco routers CUBE Contact center express: Patching experience VMWare
