You'll partner with our stakeholders enabling them to scale their teams, covering roles for us in Australia, NZ and Singapore, whilst collaborating with our TA colleagues in the UK and India as we work to implement global processes.

Ideally looking for someone based in Melbourne. We do offer hybrid working, with offices in each key area. At Civica, we work in a global environment. This means that you may be required to work outside of regular business hours.

Requirements

What you will do to be successful in this role

• Effectively identify & engage with talent in the market - owning the full TA lifecycle. You'll cover a diverse mix of roles including tech, product, corporate, HR & Go to Market

• Partner closely with key stakeholders and hiring teams to understand current future needs of the business, advising, consulting and coaching on best-in-class TA processes

• Work alongside our HRBP's to understand the needs of the business, giving insight and intelligence on the market

• Expertly source passive talent, and utilise efficient techniques, tools and systems to engage with top talent

• Use data to influence and drive decisions when it comes to hiring

• Have a drive for process improvement and systems optimisation, demonstrating an ability to streamline processes to ensure efficiency and scalability

• Have an obsession when it comes to delivering a flawless candidate experience

• Be able to demonstrate previous experience working in, and understanding the complexities of working in a global, matrixed organisation

• Ideally have experience working in both in house and agency roles, open to considering agency background looking to transition

• Have a passion for TA as well as the wider tech industry, demonstrating an interest in tech hiring trends, and market intelligence

• Be able to effectively communicate at all levels, you'll need to be able to engage with senior stakeholders, and work closely with colleagues in the wider people team (HRBPs, People Operations and our Internal Communications team)

• Be adaptable and able to work with changing priorities and processes

• Have a team mentality and mindset
