- Lead a small team of payroll professionals with biweekly and weekly payroll
- Experience accurate, timely, and compliant processing of weekly union and non-union payrolls
- Experience with general journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Performs quarterly review of W2 wage information to ensure all related benefits, and state and local taxes
- Responsible for the completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
- 4 year college degree.
- Prior experience with UKG system software.
- Prior experience with Viewpoint Vista is required.
- Certified Payroll Professional or related certificates are highly recommended.
