This is an excellent opportunity for someone with janitorial, facilities, custodial, or supervisory experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and welcoming while supporting and guiding a team of cleaners. We're looking for someone who leads by example, communicates effectively, and isn't afraid to jump in and help when needed.ScheduleMonday – FridaySite Supervisor Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PMSchedules may vary occasionally based on operational needs.What We Offer$22.00 per hourWeekly PayFull-Time EmploymentStable ScheduleLeadership OpportunitySupportive Team EnvironmentOpportunity for Growth and AdvancementImmediate Opening AvailableWhat You'll Be DoingSupervise and support cleaning staff during daily operationsAssign and monitor daily work tasks and prioritiesConduct quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are metTrain and mentor new team members on procedures and safety practicesEnsure restrooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stockedMonitor cleaning of common areas, escalators, walkways, and public spacesAssist with sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and other cleaning duties as neededEnsure tables, railings, signage, sanitizer stations, and high-touch surfaces are properly maintainedCoordinate with management regarding site needs, staffing, and operational concernsMonitor inventory and ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stockedAddress issues promptly and maintain a professional work environmentHelp maintain a positive, productive, and safety-focused team cultureWhat We're Looking ForPrevious janitorial, custodial, facilities, or maintenance experience preferredPrior leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lead by example and motivate a teamReliable attendance and dependable work ethicStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shiftAbility to work independently and make sound decisions when neededWhy Join Us?We believe great leaders create great teams.
