The Director is a senior-level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in capital markets and providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.Key Responsibilities:- Leverage past investment banking experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities- Meet revenue goals by establishing and maintaining a pipeline of episodic deals- Ensure proposed client solutions meet internal risk and return standards- Identify and anticipate all types of risk including industry, portfolio, and sovereign risk- Mentor junior bankers and execute staffing models that support career trajectories- Build client relationships by providing sophisticated financial solutions tailored to client needs- Serve as expert on regulatory, financial, and complex strategic issues in corporate finance transactionsQualifications:15+ years of relevant experience; prior investment banking institution experience; Series 79 and 63 licenses required; Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred; MBA preferred. Salary range: $200,000 - $300,000 plus additional compensation.Apply for this Position
