We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with 5-7 years of handson expertise to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of complex technical challenges, drive solutions endtoend, and contribute to building scalable, highperformance applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Javabased applications using JDK 11+ Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services Develop cloudready applications and integrations using AWS services Write efficient, highquality SQL queries and work with relational databases Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver features from concept to deployment Use Git and version control best practices to manage codebases Write and maintain bash scripts for automation and operational tasks Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development and production environments Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Java (JDK 11 and above) Handson experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, or similar) Expertise in API development and microservices Strong SQL skills with experience in performance tuning Proficiency with Git and version control workflows Experience with bash scripting for automation Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns NicetoHave Skills Experience with AWS CloudFormation for infrastructureascode Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Soft Skills Highly enthusiastic and selfdriven Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions A true gogetter who thrives in dynamic environments Takes ownership and delivers projects endtoend Strong communication and collaboration abilities Our Competencies for All Employees Courage : Doesn't hold back anything that needs to be said; provides current, direct, complete, and "actionable" positive and corrective feedback to others; lets people know where they stand; faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary.
