We are currently looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join our repossession team as Spotter Drivers. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced work environment.  

Shift Offered TBD: Night Shift: 9pm - 5am  Day: 6am - 2pm

Location:  Beaumont TX 77701

Position Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Working cell phone
Reliable transportation to and from the location
Strong attendance and punctuality
Doctor’s note required for any absences
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in a high-demand setting

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a company vehicle along assigned routes

Utilize company tools to identify vehicles on the repossession list
Notify the tow truck team when a vehicle is located
Continue route scanning after reporting a find
Accurately document all vehicle sightings
Thoroughly grid neighborhoods and parking areas

Important:
We have strict attendance standards. Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled and remain focused on their assigned duties. Repeated absences or personal matters interfering with performance will not be tolerated. Zero tolerance on Drug & thief policy.
