Phase I ESA Consultant

Role Description This is a contract-based, remote role for a Phase I ESA Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for conducting environmental site assessments in compliance with ASTM standards, gathering data from field observations, performing regulatory reviews, and evaluating site histories. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, summarizing findings, and providing recommendations regarding potential environmental liabilities. Qualifications Experience in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and report writing Proficiency in environmental regulations and standards, including ASTM guidelines Strong analytical and research skills to identify environmental risks and liabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation of findings Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely under tight deadlines Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field Professional certifications such as EIT, PE, PG, or similar are a plus Knowledge of soil, groundwater, and soil vapor testing methods is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr EnviroTech Group Inc
