In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of Client Financial Services operations, driving financial management, leadership, and expertise to maximize client revenue while maintaining regulatory compliance and high client satisfaction.As Vice President - Client Financial Services, you'll play a critical role in shaping our organization's financial future. You'll leverage your expertise to streamline processes, enhance net cash collections, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:· Promote financial and operational viability by effectively managing all aspects of Client Financial Services operations· Modify and maintain policies to streamline and automate processes, enhance net cash collections, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders· Identify opportunities to leverage systems and processes to lower costs while maintaining or improving customer service· Facilitate planning across the Revenue Cycle for process improvements, including prioritization and implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders· Analyze current policies and procedures to ensure standardization and compliance· Develop and monitor performance scorecards to measure process outcomes and ensure continuous quality improvement· Maintain internal control over accounts receivables and cash collections· Perform analysis of accounts receivable, billing, and cash collections to drive business growth· Ensure prompt and professional handling of client inquiries and complaints· Maintain effective communication between key business and clinical stakeholders· Ensure departmental systems incorporate principles of total and continuous quality improvementEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in medical management, business administration, health administration, or commensurate professional experience· Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in revenue management and operations, with expertise in billing, customer service, payment posting, and payment varianceAdditional Qualifications:· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and drive business growth· Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive team success· Ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives, with demonstrated success in achieving performance metrics targetsSupervisory Requirements:· Communicate strategic direction and encourage team participation· Provide leadership and guidance to drive departmental success· Champion change and manage implementation of new ideasPhysical Requirements:· Sedentary work with occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and writingKeywords: Vice President, Client Financial Services, Revenue Cycle, Financial Management, Leadership, Process Improvement.
