Job Center Hiring Loader/Unloaders

The Job Center is now hiring Loader/Unloaders in the Fairfield Area! Compensation of Loader/Unloader:

1st Shift: $16.00 per hour

6:30am 3pm Monday-Friday (May have Mandatory Overtime)

Paid weekly on Fridays

Responsibilities of Loader/Unloader:

• Load/Unload trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
• Manually handle and move products from incoming shipments.
• Scan incoming products using an RF scanner to accurately track inventory.
• Palletize products and build stable, organized pallets for storage or shipment.
• Verify product quantities and ensure items are placed in the correct locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements of Loader/Unloader:

• Ability to lift up to 35-50lbs consistently. Requires repetitive motions for entire shift
• Ability to stand and walk throughout 8-12 hour shift.
• Steel Toes shoes required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
