Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Hospice Patient Care Manager (RN) for an established hospice organization in Peachtree Corners, Georgia.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Lead an interdisciplinary hospice team in a mission-driven clinical environment
• Oversee daily hospice operations, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes
• Mentor and develop clinical staff while supporting exceptional patient care
• Work alongside experienced leadership with established operational processes
• Opportunity to influence patient care, team performance, and organizational success

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $100,000 - $112,000
• Annual Bonus Eligibility

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• In-Office Leadership Position
• Shared Administrator On-Call Rotation (Approximately One Week Per Month)

ROLE
• Manage interdisciplinary hospice services and clinical operations
• Supervise and mentor hospice clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards
• Support staff development, performance improvement, and operational excellence
• Serve as an administrative resource for after-hours clinical teams
• Promote compassionate, patient-centered hospice care

• Short-Term Disability Coverage Requirements:

• Active Georgia Registered Nurse License REQUIRED
• 2-3 Years Recent Hospice Experience REQUIRED
• Clinical Management Experience Supervising More Than Five Direct Reports REQUIRED
• Strong Knowledge Of Hospice Regulations And Compliance REQUIRED
• Leadership, Coaching, And Staff Development Experience REQUIRED
• Ability To Participate In Shared Administrative On-Call Rotation REQUIRED
