St. Francis Hospice (SFH) is growing, and we need a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to join our team. SFH is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services throughout our community.

Under the general direction of the Director of Clinical Operation, the Clinical Manager is the leader of the Patient Care Team and responsibilities include: supervise, evaluate and coordinate the various members of the Interdisciplinary Team; directs patient care services for the team, and serves as patient advocate and coordinator for health care providers in the community who are involved in the care of the team’s patients.

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING REQUIRED:

Associates Degree in Nursing; Bachelor degree in Nursing preferred. One year supervisory experience of like or similar position in hospice preferred ; or 2 years successful supervisory experience or equivalent in health care organization. Current and valid Florida RN license. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing required within one (1) year of hire.
