What they’re looking for:

• Ideally 3–5 years in strategy consulting (MBB), biz ops, or Founder, early employee who sold into enterprise customers or owned a P&L
• Experience leading executive-level client engagements
• Strong first-principles problem solving
• AI-native mindset — someone who actively uses AI tools and has real opinions on where agents work (and where they don’t)
• Excited by ownership, ambiguity, and building in-person with a sharp team in San Francisco
