Job Description

About This Role

We seek a compassionate and energetic individual to join our team, where they can make a positive impact on the lives of children. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about working with kids and is able to provide a nurturing and engaging environment.

What You'll Do

· Attend to the basic needs of children, including feeding, toileting, and diapering.
· Plan and engage in activities that are suitable for the developmental stage of the children in our care.
· Keep a record of daily events and activities.
· Maintain a clean and safe environment for the children.
· Communicate effectively with our staff and families.
· Build meaningful relationships with the children in our care and have fun doing it!

Requirements

· Proof of HS diploma or GED
· Dependability and strong work ethic
· Minimum age: 18 yrs
· Physical
· Oral and written communication skills
· Full Background check and fingerprinting
· Infant/child CPR and First aid certification or willingness to obtain.
· Provide verifiable written references.

Benefits

· Salary: $14.00 /hr
· Paid holidays after 90 days probation period.
· Paid vacation after one year of continuous employment
· No nights or Weekends
