Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)

Summary CTC Group is seeking **Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA),**levels 1-4, to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads while ensuring target continuity, profiling targets and their activities, and developing techniques to gain additional target information. Responsibilities Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets’ communications, network usage and digital footprints Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings–including any new tradecraft that you develop–with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers Qualifications Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) are preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable. Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development. Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing Agency tools. Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts. Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities. Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing. Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection. Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage. Level 1 Requirements High School Diploma/GED plus six (6) years of relevant experience. OR : Doctorate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience. Level 3 Requirements High School Diploma/GED plus twelve (12) years of relevant experience. OR :Associate’s degree plus ten (10) years of relevant experience. OR : Bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years of relevant experience. OR :Master’s degree plus six (6) years of relevant experience. OR : Doctorate degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience. Level 4 Requirements High School Diploma/GED plus fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
