Physical Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our clinician-owned, geriatric-focused practice within the Healthcare & Medical Services industry and department. As a Physical Therapist with FOX Rehabilitation, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care to older adults, helping them achieve meaningful improvements in mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Working within a culture grounded in respect, professional growth, and clinical excellence, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver skilled interventions focused on strength, balance, gait, pain management, and fall prevention. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, communicate regularly with physicians, caregivers, and families, and provide education on safe mobility and home safety. This role involves thorough and timely documentation using electronic medical records, ongoing assessment of patient progress, and adjustment of treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and best-available evidence. You will be supported by a strong clinical ladder and continuing education opportunities, allowing you to refine your clinical skills, pursue areas of specialization in geriatrics, and grow as a leader in the field.
