Pay: $18-$20
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm

Express is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, material handling, inventory movement, and local customer deliveries. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse responsibilities, forklift operation, and occasional local driving using a company-provided Ford F-250 flatbed truck (no trailer towing required).

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock locations
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform routine inventory counts and material tracking
• Make local deliveries to customers and job sites as needed using a Ford F-250 flatbed truck
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain professional customer interactions
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience making local deliveries or driving for work preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pre-Employment Requirements

Candidates must successfully complete:

• 7-Year Criminal Background Check
• Drug Screen (including THC)
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Review
• Employment verification, as applicable
