RN On-Call

Cascade Springs is a locally owned and operated Home Health and Hospice company. We are currently looking for a dependable RN to help with on call for our Weber/Davis county patients. The RN will be responsible for providing skilled nursing cares to patients while collaborating & communicating with other disciplines on our care team. Please note that health insurance is not provided for this position. Job Requirements include: Schedule for on-call rotation will be 7 on 7 off current RN nursing license from the state of Utah with no citations 1-2 years of nursing experience ability to work in a field setting exhibit ability to make sound nursing judgements demonstrates organizational and leadership abilities Current CPR reliable transportation must be computer literate and have experience with electronic documentation Job Type: Full-time 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Nursing & on-call: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Registered nurse license (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: On the road The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing care to patients while adhering to compliance standards. This candidate should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians. Responsibilities Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA) Qualifications Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance Candidate must be able to lift and position patients on endoscopy stretcher and transport patients #J-18808-Ljbffr
