Benefits & Compensation

• $20 hourly compensation for a part-time schedule of 10 to 15 hours per week

Job Overview

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a high-energy and professional Brand Mascot to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, community-facing role where you will wear our official Bone Dry Roofing dog mascot uniform/suit to represent our family-owned brand at local events, school visits, parades, and community outreach functions. As our Brand Mascot, you will play a key role in building real relationships, bringing joy, and helping people feel connected to a company that stands for trust and peace of mind.

Our Brand Mascots are the spark and the extra degree of connection in the communities we serve. We are seeking enthusiastic, authentic individuals to help bring a smile to every photo and spread positivity across our market location.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend community events , local partnerships, school functions, and parades as the official Bone Dry dog mascot

• Bring energy and positivity to every event through family-friendly interactions like waving, dancing, and posing for photos

• Work closely with our marketing and outreach team to create meaningful and memorable brand experiences

• Maintain continuous communication with your home team handler and follow safety guidelines to protect yourself, the community, and the suit

• Engage comfortably with event-goers of all ages, from toddlers to grandparents, in a fun and welcoming manner

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a background check

• Excellent people skills with a friendly, patient, and positive disposition

• Strong work ethic, reliability , and the ability to stay calm under pressure in large crowds

• Flexibility to work a part-time schedule that includes weekend and evening events

Work Environment

• This position primarily involves performing at indoor and outdoor community events in the local market

• Must be comfortable in confined spaces while wearing a full-body mascot costume/suit

• Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and performing for long periods

• Ability to withstand heat while inside the suit (mitigated by company-provided breaks and cooling packs)

Costume Sizing Requirements

• Must meet the specific manufacturer sizing requirements of the Bone Dry Roofing dog mascot suit to ensure safety and proper mobility:

  • Height: 5’5” to 5’8” with a slim build

  • Waist: 29” to 34”

  • Hips: 35” to 38”

  • Shoulders: 39” to 42”

  • Neck: Under 15”

  • Foot Size: Under size 11
