2. Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and support staff, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations.
3. Managing all aspects of Tenant Improvement (TI) projects, including coordinating with tenants, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
4. Leading the planning and implementation of renovation and expansion projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
5. Coordinating with OSHPD officials to ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
6. Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues or risks.
7. Providing regular project updates to senior management, clients, and other stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments. Qualifications: To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role in the Construction industry, with a focus on Healthcare Construction.
2. Proven experience in managing renovation, expansion, and ground-up construction projects.
3. Extensive knowledge and experience with Tenant Improvement (TI) projects.
4. Strong familiarity with OSHPD regulations and procedures.
5. Experience in managing Commercial Projects.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues or risks.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
