Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in documentation. Capable of working under supervision and adhering to precise instructions. Demonstrates compassion and a patient-centered approach to care. Responsibilities: Manage hearing aid operations: ordering, repairs, inventory, and patient follow-up. Perform basic audiologic procedures: calibration checks, otoscopic inspections, and hearing tests. Assist audiologists with pediatric and adult audiometry and hearing aid fittings. Conduct hearing aid orientations and demonstrate assistive listening devices (ALDs). Maintain audiology supply inventory and complete necessary documentation. Complete administrative tasks, including patient calls and correspondence.
