As a core leader, you are responsible for delivery of critical, innovative initiatives to improve the financial lives of our customers and add value to our stakeholders across JPMorganChase. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, leveraging your expertise in project management and data analytics to deliver results across various business units.Monitor and govern the progress of multiple strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, managing risks, and making necessary adjustments to deliver on program commitments.Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, and collaborating to resolve potential issues and conflicts.Foster a productive and inclusive work environment, building a diverse team, delegating tasks effectively, and promoting continuous learning and improvement.Contribute to the development of new policies and ideas within your discipline, using your advanced knowledge and experience to drive innovation and enhance our project management practices.Drive critical program deliverables, i.e. coordination across teams, executive status, scope clarification etc.Articulate priorities, risks, issues, prioritization to product leaders, agility leads, technology teams and other impacted participants to drive execution.Organize and coordinate program deliverables as required for release readiness for all impacted parties.Lead escalation discussions and meetings with stakeholders, impacted teams to drive resolution.Manage all components of program, including funding, master project plan development, engagement across functional teams, status reporting, dependencies, delivery impediments and resolution, escalations across Product Groups, Businesses and LOBs.Develop program strategy that enables seamless and efficient execution of a large body of work across all impacted organization.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsProven ability to lead complex, strategic programs and projects in a large organization within the financial sector typically demonstrated through 10+ years of relevant experience.Demonstrated expertise in transforming strategic plans into operational programs, including risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.Proven ability in data analytics, including developing and interpreting models to provide continuous insight and inform decision-making.Advanced proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, with a track record of effectively working with individuals from different departments to achieve common goals.Expertise in conflict management, with the ability to identify potential conflicts and facilitate discussions to create win-win solutions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to negotiate, compromise, display transparency and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations and to interact effectively with peers, stakeholders, technical or business. Demonstrates strong influencer skills.Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting in organizing, executing and completing initiatives.Ability to synthesize complex information in a concise manner for presentation to stakeholders and interested parties.Exhibit confidence communicating and interacting with senior and global business leaders through strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications and presentations.Ability to understand stakeholders and business partners to provide flexibility and adaptability as necessary to execute and complete the initiative.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization10+ years of experience leading and managing progressively complex projects and initiatives, preferably in financial services digital platforms and/or software development (consumer banking products/payments/technology experience is a plus).About UsChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
