Responsibilities: As a Radiology Manager, you will:

Oversee the daily operations of the Radiology Department.
Lead a team of skilled radiologic technologists and support staff.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Drive quality improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
ARRT certification and state licensure.
BA/BS degree in science field or health administration preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist required. Four years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in healthcare software and technology.
